Only 2 items to prove residency, that will not catch them. They use a relatives address and get the cable bill put in their name, boy thats hard. It would be easier to catch them if they sat in line after school and looked at their licencse plate.

kpage, do you think its ok to lie? We had people voting in an election that lied about residency. I was brought up better than that. People are teaching their kids its ok to lie as long as they get a benefit out of it. If your school is failing, move.
