Thank you..I think that the saggy pants should be banned around the world. I am tired of looking at boxer shorts and crack. Thank you. I still can't understand while these people like to walk around with there pants saggin down. If they only knew that that trend was started in our prison system to let the other inmates know there were "Available" to the other male inmates. I bet they wouldn't walk around with their booty cracks hanging out!!! Thank you Natchez Mall..Way to go..

Shoots should not have been fired in a populated area to begin with. That is to risky. People live in houses and bullets can travel into houses. Should have tried to pit the vehicle before firing shots. Come on now this ain't the wild west boyz. Glad bystanders weren't injured.

Mr Burke. Don't sell!!! I have detailed maps of the old fort. I wish I was the one that owned that site. BELIEVE ME there are valuable relics on that site. That is for sure.

My comment is made for BULLDOZER. How dare you say the Fire Department didn't do there job correctly. I want to ask you how many fires you have ran into lately? I can tell you ZERO. The Natchez Fire Department was not at fault for anything that went down that day. The fire department SAVED that building. The bottom floor of that house had 150+year old books that were salvaged. It is not the Fire Departments fault that the owner of the building didn't have Insurance on the house. I think that is stupid. I personally know that in that house sat an article of furniture that was valued at over 1 million dollars. This fellow is not even the least bit worried about rebuilding or even fixing the roof to keep the rain out. And as far as an alarm system goes...there for sure wasn't one. I know. It really chaps my behind to see people bashing the Fire Department and the Police Department. Mr Bulldozer I bet you wouldn't have run into Arlington that day it was on fire and put your life and your friends life on the line to try and save a piece of history like Arlington. UNTIL YOU WALK WHERE THE DEVIL DANCES, you have no right to talk bad about your city's fire department. If your house catches on fire who you gonna call????

Hey Billy Bob, Lets go round the boys and get our rifles and go on a hunt!!! I believe that there could be a big cat lurking and living in the hills and bluffs surrounding the area. With the water as high as it has been it may have been pushed away from its natural habitat. I know for a fact that there are panthers in the area across the river in the little levee town called Slocum. My grandfather told me and had pictures of a Black panther standing in the middle of the Levee road. He talked about that and showed the pictures off for years. And for all you people saying there aren't any panthers or big cats in Mississippi, you folks outta wake it up..There here. Just becuase your camera's don't catch them, doesn't mean they aren't in the state. Go out in the woods after a big rain and identify some of the animal tracks that you come across in the mud. Some you won't be able to identify. Trust me.

Prayers go out to all involved who have lost a loved one in this. My only question is how did the driver of the vehicle that was going the wrong way on the east bound bridge end up going that way instead of the right way? Were they turning out of Government Fleet Rd or the Hotel right there on the hill. I understand there was alcohol involved, but if the car was coming from Canal St..you have that little merge there to get you headed in the right direction. Who knows?
