We will definitly be there Friday and hope to be there some Saturday (gotta help a friends mom move). Sooo looking forward to seeing Sawyer Brown in person!!

Now in the first place this country is not about our freedom any more it is about making money and about the three m's. ME, ME, ME. Second my four fathers fought also for religion and that is what many people in the US is trying to get rid of. My Freedom came when I was saved through Jesus Christ. How about you. And the 4th is the day chosen for the celebration this holiday. Only a couple of our fathers signed the Declaration of Independence the rest of our fathers signed on 4 August 1776. We as America do not have Freedom's any more because we have lost Jesus Christ in everything.

I for the 1st time ever took my middle child 2 Dr. Austin last week. We have a T&A scheduled for in the morning. Her tonsils have been swollen for nearly a month and her dr here said it was just viral let it run it's course. They are at least twice the size they r suppose 2 be. Dr. Austin even said he didn't see how she's been eating and drinking w/o complaining.

I work downtown just behind biscuit and blues and could see the smoke out of no where. When i left the scene at app. 3:20 they seem to have everything under control but still pray for our firefighters that was a long 2 1/2+ hrs for them. They were still there at the time I left. Kent's office is gone. Please also pray for him. Could not tell much about Bruce's office but i know it's badly damaged. Great job 2 all of our firefighters!! Great job ND for the updates and info.

They are doing alot bigger than what they've done in the past. I remember watching this parade when i was little and now my children get 2 watch it also. Got up early today just 2 see it and it's gonna be later then usual but it's ok b/c more children then before are getting 2 see it for the first time and that's what Christmas is for, the children.

Sayitloud, there's nothing for you to apologize for. I've known Tim all my life. I know his whole family and they are all sweet loving people (including his dad). They worked all summer on this house before they could move it to it. And are still working on it.

Kpage and say itloud if you don't know the pppl personally you should keep your mouth shut. This couple are very dear friends of mine and my husband. Just b/c someone is a lawyer doesn't mean he makes that much money. These ppl have worked so hard on this house. My own husband and aunt also helped. I helped out in keeping the 2 kids they had had the time and w/ a 3rd on the way they need the extra space. They would do anything for anybody that needed it. Liz is one of the most unselfish ppl I know. Not long ago she and her daughter were both sick and she called and offered to fix and bring our family something to eat b/c I was sick and had a child in the hospital.

The parades used to be on Saturday's b/c I can remember being in them when I was in high school and we'd have to meet up there. And even before then I remember riding in my dad's motorcycle trailer and throwing candy to all the other kids. It was a blast. I can't wait til my children are a little older and in a group that participates in them. I think going back to Saturday evenings would be nice b/c as it was we'd have to rush to eat Sunday dinner after church and then get to the parade route.

I'm only 23 but i can remember when The Cock-of-the-Walk was Under-the-Hill and they held the Floozie contest every year. I used to love going to them and seeing all the old "costumes" they wore. I would love to see the Delta Queen docked here or even in Vicksburg. It's a big part of the Mississippi River's history.

I was with 2 of my friends who are sisters yesterday and they both got a call from these people at the exact same time. They knew better and just hung up but it was weird how they got the exact same call at the same time.
