Iam sure she was upset and a little out of control, but the officer could have been more understanding. But it's a no no you do not disrespect a officer. (but they can disrepect you)as a citizen.

I think there is a lot of cover- up going on, the story has changed so much per vpd and nd now it WAS some people racing the earlier article said nothing about racing now it was racing this whole situation is fishy and confusing no wonder there is so much speculation.

I know in our school some of our kids was not selected for pre-k cause the kids from other towns were selected, now that is not fair to us who live here in the town which that was a couple of years ago. but i agree as long as that school does not get over populated it should'nt matter where they go to school but it has to be that way so that the schools like our small school (one of the safest and best) don't get `over populated with outer towners.
