U know what, these officers need to get on their jobs. They had evidence on this man from the start and I think he faked an illness and instead of them guarding this man or letting hospital personel know that he is not to be released because he is responsible for a murder they leave him at the hospital and this man runs free. Now they are asking for help...Please we as citizens pay them to protect us...so they need to be doing extra patrol to find this man instead of sitting at these desk with their feet propped up and laid back in the chair. Then there should have been pictures posted so citizens would know what to look for when this situations first started when Mr. Felton was murdered.

To stop everything, TEAR THEM DOWN CUZ IT'S A HAZARD! Everytime you come pass that turn u see children running in the highway and don't look to see if a car is coming and then have the nerves to have a bandanna on their heads. Parents, family and true friends of these tenants, talk to them and let them know whats good for them b/c that area is horrible. The managers are not strict on those peps over there b/c if they were they wouldn't let them stay there with the blinds having peeping holes in it from where they triflin *** have let the kids torn them or maybe they did it. And its no excuse for not moving out of those apartments and finding somewhere else to stay. If you are an elderly tenant, they do have apartment homes strictly for them and for the rest they need to get out and work and stop trying to dress like you from Beverly Hills, CA and riding in fancy cars with these rims like you a STAR and got money and save up and get you a nice home and maybe you want have to worry about someone painting your walls, fixing your doors and etc. Cum On Now & be the betta 1 and stop paying that $1 rent and get on yall feet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is just nonsense. I'm going to put it like this, the Broadmoor area is not the same anymore. I was raised up out there and it has just gotten bad. The thugs have taken over the neighborhoods and stores and I don't even like to stop at them anymore. Drugs is a getting to be a big problem out there and I wouldn't pickup no one from out there and I know over everyone out there. I know this young man was being KIND & GENEROUS from his heart and picked them up but neva do it again. BROADMOOR needs to be cleaned up because there are to many elderly people that stays out there that have been there since the subdivision was created and they are breaking into those folks homes. BROODMOOR NEEDS TO STICK TOGETHER AND PUT AND END TO THOSE THUGS AND DEALERS/USERS!!!!!!!!!!!

natashakubelikov and freedom42 completely agree with you on the things you are saying. I stay in Morgantown and Palestine Rd isn't far from it. But there has been alot going on these areas. I have small children and that cant even come outside and play because some of the older children are taking over. Everyday the police have to come on my street for something it's just horrible how Morgantown has turned out. There are so many strange peps coming in and out this area. It's sad to say but THESE PARENTS NEED TO WAKEUP, because these are youngsters that's doing these robberies in my neighborhood and Im going to give they a** what they ask for and I dont mean my goods, its going to be something that going to sit there behinds down.

I don't mean any harm, but jammin1 how can ii_MiiSs_JAMii3, handwritting make this child's life sound like she is a gang banger?
By the way for everyone, please STOP ALL THIS NONSENSE, RUMORS AND WHATEVER ELSE THAT IS BEING STATED!!!!!!!!!! I know this family very well and grew up with most of them and this was a sweet child. She wouldn't do anything to hurt anyone. So everyone needs to pray for this family and stop posting this drama because if her family was to come on here and she the things that people are posting it brings heartaches, instead of comforting things to help this family bare with this tragedy!!! You will never know how this tragedy feel until it has happened to YOU. So lets pray for them!!!!!!!!!

Donna look im not here to just read comments, but I just feel that people should not judge things if they don't know what is goin on. My thing is if you know where Seale Rd is in Morgantown there are houses back there and a quite neighborhood, these people are wouldn't expect this to happen to their neighbors or in area.
I mean if you think about it, if someone is out to rob it doesn't mean that the person they robbed has anything to do with drugs maybe the driver might have wanted a hit (drugs) and decided we are going back here in this nice lit subdivision and see what we can get.
But at the same time you can't expect the ACSO/NPD to put everything in the paper because all people want to do is run wit the story and twist it up worser than the democrat.
And to make a long story short put yourself in the situation of this man that was robbed and kidnapped. I GUESS YOU WERE DEALING DRUGS AT THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT!!!!!!!!!

I think you may be reading between the lines wrong because drugs wasn't the factor in this story. This was an innocent man minding his business when these guys approached him and demanded money.

True enough, the jails wouldn't be so full if they (S.O & P.D) Would stop all this nonsense. When I say nonsense, I mean letting people falsify charges on people and pursuing these charges without evidence. These innocent citizens having to sit behind those bars and suffer for dumb cramp. We as citizens need to step up and do our jobs. TRUST ME THERE ARE SUM LOW DOWN DIRTY ONES @ DA NPD AND ASD.
Now they need 2 get out there and find MS. TOLBERT for killing that young man. OOPS she will be out the next day after they find her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
