Krogers -- I was going to tell fraidoclowns- but it looks like you took the words out of my mouth. Very well versed & from the looks of it, you are more educated than fraidoclowns. You are also able to make your own educated decisions based on facts, not what you hear on our biased news media, which all liberals seem to believe. Anyone can see the truth if they will take the time to research the facts of each member of congress' voting records. Liberals, Do some damn homework before you spit out facts that make you look as ignorant as the media that your getting these so called "facts" from. GOOD JOB KROGERS !!!!

The new road constuction would create jobs mainly because it is creating Infastructure for a city that has a lack of free flowing roadways. One of the main things that Large industries look at when evaluating the possibilities of locating in a city is the easy access to those areas of that city within the state. We are located in a prime location for large industry with having the river port, hwy 61 & hwy 84 leading to large metropolitain cities. The problem that we have is that all of our officicals are "elected officials". Campaigns are based on, who is the best able to market/sell themselves & their ideas to the community. The main problem with that is we have NO PREREQUISITES for the posistions of our people that make the most important decisions that shape our community's future. That is the main thing that has always puzzled me. Why do we allow our most important positions of Government go to the most qualified used car saleman. There are no qualifications!!! The ones in office that have some good business sense are over powered by the idiots who have a 9th grade education. Our Government is so unstable starting with the foundation and that is why there has never been a federal program that has not gone bankrupt within the first 4 years. This is a problem that needs to be fixed but it will be very difficult to do so because it starts with the voters who put them in office. WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO DO OUR HOMEWORK BEFORE WE GO TO THE POLLS AND CAST OUR VOTE. I ASK ONE THING OF EVERYONE WHO READS THIS. BEFORE YOU GO TO THE POLLS NEXT ELECTION, DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON ALL CANDIDATES, PLEASE DON'T LET RACE, FRIENDSHIP, MAJORITY OR ANY OTHER REASONS CAUSE YOU TO VOTE FOR SOMEONE THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. Our democracy will fail if we don't fix the problem from the foundation up. We the people have the power if we will educate ourselves & our children, don't let the Republicans or Democrats influance your vote, do your own damn homwork and make your best educated decision.

The Fact of the matter is, The majority of these kid's parents pay no attention to their kids. They care nothing about the kid's school, well being or where abouts. I would be willing to bet that all of these kid's parents are on Food Stamps, SSI, Dont have jobs and claim more kids than they have on their income tax every year. That is the only thing they care about is raping the government & tax payers for every $$$ they can get. It is pathetic that we allow Non-Disabled people to take advantage of our Tax Dollars. They know how to get over on the system and will continue to until someone puts a stop to it. The best thing of all is that the Left Wing, Liberal, Food Stamp Taking, Gov Raping people out there think that Barack Obama is going to make it even easier on them by paying all of their bills. GET REAL! These damn people don't live in reality, nor do they care to, because they don't have to. We live in the state that has the WORST EDUCATION, HIGHEST TEEN PREGNACY RATE, ONE OF THE HIGHEST UNEMPLOYMENT RATES & THE LAZIEST, PIECE OF CRAP PEOPLE THAT SCREW OUR SYSTEM & TEACH THEIR KIDS HOW TO DO THE SAME. THEY ARE SO BUSY INDOCTRINATING THEIR CHILDREN INTO THINKING THAT EVERYONE OWES THEM SOMETHING, ALL THE WHILE THEY ARE KILLING THIER CHILDREN'S CHANCES OF EVER MAKING SOMETHING OUT OF THEIR LIFE.

When money is involved, That would be called Tourism or Industry. "Jammin1", Give me one example in which Natchez was not welcoming to outsiders. Your answer makes absolutley no sense. It sounds like a derogatory remark from someone who either, has no money, blames everyone else for your problems & failures or just doesn't pay very close attention to the world of commerce & politics. I bet you voted for Obama too, you think he is gonna take care of all of your problems? Go read a book.

Whoever is trying to place blame on Jake for going to LA for surgery, YOU ARE IDIOTS!!! i would be willing to bet that there are no surgeons that specialize in orthopedics in Natchez, especially at NRMC. In case you all missed the news flash, they are forced to sell or file bankruptcy. Because of this, they can't afford to have a specialty surgeon on staff. The surgeons that are in LA have a better facility to work in, cheaper medical malpractice insurance, which equals MORE MONEY in their pockets. That is why they went through medical school. Even after our wonderful tort reform laws were passed, Dr.'s don't want to work in MS. For any of you to try to point the finger at someone who has PUT NATCHEZ FIRST and decreased the budget by more than $20k within the first quarter of his term, YOU ARE A LIBERAL LEFT WING IDIOT!! GET YOUR FACTS TOGETHER BEFORE YOU MAKE YOURSELF LOOK EVEN WORSE! PATHETIC!!

There will be nothing American about Chrysler once they get through Bankruptcy proceedings & Fiat takes over.
General Motors is also shipping jobs overseas. They are moving jobs to China. That will be one of the biggest pieces of crap vehicles that you can buy. Lead-Based paint & all.
