It seems strange to me that she couldn't find a group in Oklahoma to join. Maybe she was really an FBI informer set up to look like a new member and they found out? I think there's a lot here that we will never know.

I don't think a cougar would stand in the middle of the road and wait for you to take it's picture. I would think by the time you realize what you are seeing and get your camera out it would be gone. Maybe some of you should set up a blind out there and take it's picture.

I start putting things out the day after Thanksgiving. The kids love choosing one thing each day to put out, and we put the tree up around the 15th of Dec. That way the anticipation builds. We will be doing something special for another family, or donating to the Samaritians Purse. This is an organization started by Billy Graham to give needed supplies to poor people in the U.S. and other countries. These supplies include things that they can use to better their lives, such as chickens, goats, fishing equipment, tractors, even houses. It makes the kids realize that Christmas is not just a big party for them, but a chance to show God's love to others.

You know nothing about Mrs. Toles. She was in the lead of the civil rights movements in the 60s, she braved white hatred when running for judge, she stood up for what she believed in. Obama would have gotten no where if not for people like her. I knew her when I was younger and she helped me learn that sterotyping black people was wrong, that people are people - good and bad of all races. I think utopia owes her a BIG apology.

Let him open it out at his house on Pine Ridge. It's historic and the tourists could see what it is like living on a country estate.

The city has proposed a very small annexation — only 1,680 acres — that city leaders estimate only affects a dozen or fewer people.
And whose figures are those? This includes part of Morgantown Rd., a very heavy populated area. Glad I live a lot farther out than that .

toosweetlej, I think that is what a lot of people have been trying to say. We are all Americans - not hyphen anything else - but Americans. I have never been to France where my ancestors came from, and I don't care to go there. What counts is the here and now - not what is past. We should all be treated the same.
