if you have a weapon concealed and pull it out from under your clothing, boots, purse, ect.. you had better be willing and justified to use it or you could be charged with displaying a weapon in a rude and threatening manner

you can not carry a concealed weapon on your person in mississippi. You can however keep a weapon in your vehicle. you have to apply for a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

yeah and im sure somebody will say "why arent you out there trying to catch the shooter instead of playing on the computer" like they have before. i guess they don't think we have days off too.

buttercup, i'll tell you what. call the natchez police department and tell them you got a ticket in the mail that was generated by a picture of your license plate and ask them how you can take care of it. i promise u they will have no idea what you are talking about. ive been in law enforcement for 10 years in this town and i have never ever heard of such a citation. and i promise u i would know.
