Adam Koob get the facts right in your article. The Delta Queen's hull is made of steel, her super stucture is made of wood. That's what's standing in the way of her getting another extension. The company has used fire retardent paint over the years but the feds are saying that isn't good enough now. I know because I worked on The Queen during my summer years in high school.

All Barack Hussein Obama wants to do is raise taxes to make things better. However when all the small business have to lay off people because they can't afford mandated health care, who is going to be left to pay taxes? Dark days are ahead for our nation and the Democrats want to blame the Republicans. Isn't it a fact that the Democrats have had control of the House and Senate for the last two years? People we need to pray for our nation.

Congrats Brad. Now that we got a DA that will prosecute, let's see if Judge Kathy will take advantage of another chance and give stiffer sentences. She needs to give the dealers and abusers time in jail, not suspended sentences with probation.

Cathy Johnson has two problems, one, she thinks every criminal needs to be on the program, two, when she has officers on the stand she interrogates them like they are the criminals. Don't believe me, next time she holds court and officers have to testify watch what she does.

If Andy Magoun represents the DA's office like he did several divorce cases that I know of, the parish is in trouble. He'll gladly take the money and that is the end of it. He wouldn't return their phone calls either. Brad is the best man for the job.

We need judges that will put the criminals where they need to be instead of probation. The police put them in jail and the judicial system turns them loose. Probation doesn't rehabilitate.

Has anyone stop to think that IP may be thorn in the side. Look at whay happened in 2003. That mill was making money with dissolving pulp. I heard not long ago that IP was planning to use the Bastrop Mill to make the pulp made in Natchez. IP maybe trying to get rich off of Natchez again.

Presby, serving warrants isn't easy as it sounds. When officers try to serve them, the subjects will often run out the back door, or the address will be bogus. Family members will do their best to cover and lie to keep their kin out of jail. All warrants have to be notarized and signed by a sitting judge before they can be served. Most subjects that have warrants and they know about it, will go into hiding, then it's like finding a neddle in a hay stack.
