No matter how old this case is he should be behind bars. I am sure he doesn't have long to live anyway, so just as he killed those kids he should spend the rest of his life in prison or better yet give him the death penalty!!!!!!!!!!
I wonder what made the Klans feel as though they were the rulers of the land, going around be ignorantly racist, burning crosses, killing and beating blacks.

Beyond Who do you think you are, yes you sound ignorant and you wonder why black people have attitudes, it's because people like you put on a fake smile as if you really intended to hold the door for that black mother who is carrying her child in her arms or that elderly black citizen who needs someone to hold the door for them when they enter the store.
Yes there has been black on black crime but there is white on white latino on latino crime also.

Both the officers and Marcus put lives in danger, so I hope that this was a lesson well learned by the police and Marcus, and for whomever wants to act as if they are shooting a video for the top 100 police chases or cops!!

Lookingout I am not saying he does not need to deal with his issues so what are YOU talking about, read my post over again if you wish. My POINT was the fact that the cops had a shoot out in a residential neighborhood were there are CHILDREN playing OK, and other measures to apprehend the subect COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN!!!!!
If you are not in the medical profession, then please explain to me how you would know the effects that drugs have on a person.
Of course no one cares about his issues, you pay your time when you commit the crime easily said.

Thorninyourside, this statement was truly uncalled for this is a human being who happens to have a lot of issues, sometime we fail to realize that narcotics take over your mind and body, your are under a deep spell, and reality of one's actions are uncontrolled, have you ever watched Intervention, if not you should.
As for mscody, you sound very uptight about the citizens of Natchez comments on THEIR police officer did you get it THEIRS, no sorry this isn't Cali, Chicago, New York or Albuquerque, this is a small town where almost everyone know everyone especially the boys and girls in blue.
Just in my opinion, other measures should have been taken in residential neighborhoods where this incident occured, that required these officers to open fire, bullets have no shame and carry no names, wouldn't it have been sad if some innocent bystander would have been struck, accidents are unfortunate, so maybe the head person in charge, should have thought about the ok to fire and the FAT @## law suit that would have followed if someone was struck.

Yeah it sounds like a retirement village to me.
Since I have been of age the bars have always stayed open aaallll night long why stop now.
You say the folks are littering and making noise in the area, but isn't it all about the black folks having a good time, maybe just maybe if they were playing Garth Brooks, or some good ole country music i'd be ok for dem good ole boys and gals to party all night long.
Who voted this Mayor in? Seems like he's gonna clean out the town. Sure bar patrons aren't caring about how much noise they make or how much trash they leave behind. With that said how about the people doing community service have them clean it up, better yet have the bar owners to hire some help to keep it clean. You don't just threaten to start closing the bars at 2am, If you can sleep through a storm, you can sleep through the music, stop peaking out of your windows trying to see who is doing what, because as stated before this will not increase or decrease the peace.

COOPER3K1, I read it and I nearly cried, maybe she wanted the disability check, it said the other kids were ok though, and not to mention the nursing agency falsified the records and all, could you imagine a child laying on a mattress for months or days so long that the body print was in the mattress when the lil girl's body was moved and to think of the stink in the house with the urine and the feces, I think that mother should be deprived of her right to eat, or put her in a room with no running water let her pee and $##t on herself, and let her see how that child may have felt.

It is time to convict these Klansmen for the crimes they have committed against the BLACK citizens. To kill aomeone and be free, is not the way of the supposedly justice system.
If crimss can be committed for the benefit of a gang and the gang members are institutionalized for it then, neither should the white supremicist get away with their wrongdoing, there should never be a atatue of limitation for murder!!!
Remember the Jarvis Cotton case ( feel free to comment on this case).
Surely the families of those 2 young men have not rested reliving the moment of having their loved ones taken away in such a cruel and hateful way.
Maybe, the ghost of the victims will rejoice, and truly rest in peace, when he is tried and convicted again.
