I am so sick of this whole story. The HPC is not going to push anyone when they don't think they can acquire anything from the fight. You are right there are plenty of properties that need attention but I doubt we will ever see it. Do you know how many cities have refurbished their theaters? We don't cause there is no money to..(even though we pay high taxes here) and because the city already has control of the Ritz so there is no fight to have with someone. And as for any other properties on Commerce it may help who you are.
Where is the abandoned car they speak of? Just wondering cause it could be ONE OF THOUSANDS IN NATCHEZ!
Does anyone know how many city paid employees the commission consists of?

Hate to be nit picky, but all the things the city doesn't stay on top of, they had the wreaths on light polls on Halloween?!?!? little soon! On our way to the chili cook off my little girl said " Look Mom Santa put those out on Halloween?" what are you to say?

Thank you Mike, what a wonderful idea, I swear the majority of the workers around here have a ginormous chip on their shoulder but I am sure it is due to the fact that everyone owes them something.....( sarcasm )

I would not vote for someone just because they vow not to let anyone go. The idea of a new sheriff is the idea of change. And for something to change for the better the bad eggs might have to be weeded out. I have no problem with that because the man that wins will have been elected by the people and in that, trusted to make needed revisions to the department. Oh and I believe Chuck is just the man for the job! Go Chuck!

It is in order of demand. If no one on your street has ever requested one then you are probably not gonna get one. duh. And I doubt that only one person on Lindburg wanted a speedbump.
