There hasn't been a refinery built in years in this country. Even when we drill enough oil to substain us, we can't refine it. So what do we do? We ship it over seas to refine. How does it come back? Inflated just like we're getting now.
Build more refineries. But they say it will take years. Better start now then.

And then taking the time out of his busy day to post on the ND web-site at 3 AM.
I sometimes read the ND posts. Just the other day I read where nothing good happens at 3 AM.
