On Mayfield to face Brown in runoff

Alligator01 I did not vote for Cliff either but stop the negative remarks about him. He is out of the race and I am sure he will do what he needs to inorder to pay back his father in law (if it was not a gift- you do not pay them back). Move forward with this issue. We have people out there to support for sherriff.

What tax dollars, remember taxes are not going to be raised as stated by Supervisor Lazarus or anyone else on this recreation committee.

I said before this vote and will say again, if the county has the money to built this complex without raising taxes then why did we vote? The city has no money for a match nor does the county if grants are found to fund this. Who is going to keep it up? Someone has to be paid and by whom? What at the cost of water, lights, grounds, pool insurance etc. that has to be paid each month. The working people, like me, will have to pay for this and that means my taxes will go up. Why not poll the people who voted no and our taxes don't go up and if I choose to use the complex then I pay double the fee that day for the use of the pool? This would have been a great idea when things in the town where good, but the entire country is struggling. We need to get industry and doctors in this town and a complex is not going to do it. I wonder how many people who do not pay taxes or receive government $$ voted no??

Randy cares about people and tough. My family has known Randy most of our lives and knows what kind of a person he is. Randy actually got out and ran with the kids (SPECIAL OLYMPICS). These kids didn't ask to be born this way. Randy showed these kids alot of attention. I didn't see anyone else doing it and he wasn't running for election either. And as for Craig G. he is far from a friendly person. I have known Mayfield a long time and he is a super nice person. I want someone thats gonna be TOUGH, FRIENDLY, thats a people person.

Randy Freeman for Sherriff...I don't see Ray Brown or Mayfield participating with the SPECIAL OLYMPICS like Randy Freeman did. He actually ran with the kids during the Special Olympic Torch Run and I thank him for that too. I look at things like that on how I vote for people. Randy Freeman is a very respected man. How do we know that Brown or Mayfield is going to continue what the Adams County Sherriff Department did for those kids. Those kids are my life. Randy Freeman showed the proof to me.
