The Coast Guard has been in Natchez since 1970 and the present cutter has been here since 1991 and the Democrat doesn't even know the boats name. Hard working young men and women and they get no recognition in the area. Semper Paratus

I was stationed at the Coast Guard Depot in 1973 and I guarantee you there is nothing funny about high water and a lot of things can happen at this river stage and none of them are good things.
