I liked it when I could go downtown and shop. Clothes from Ullman's, Benoist's, or Cole's. Shoes from Burns. Hardware from Feltus Bros. Groceries from the Jitney at Nosser City or across from Memorial Park, or the A&P at Franklin and Wall. Kress's and all. The Diamond Shop. I bought the wife's diamond from Gill's. Hmmmmmmmm
Now we have wally world and one family owns the rest of the groceries.

I also am a veteran and from my standpoint one day is not enough. I did not do it for the glory or the money. It was and always has been a sense of duty,pride and honor. My granddad was a veteran of WWII and my dad veteran of Vietnam. Decorated soldier and wounded in action. In my opinion, these soldiers are overlooked. If a person would just take time and talk to one, you would actually learn more history than in the books. I love talling to my dad and I am 41 years old and still learning.

I'm so sick of you self right sons of bitches. Vote for whomever you want. Stop trying to make something out of nothing. You hear what you want to hear. And for all of you that has an issue with this now that you are in your sixties now, and the young one who don't know anything.
