if city hall would sell tickets at the door, natchez could advertise having its own monthly circus.
but that would potentially generate some recreation revenue, and we can't have recreation in natchez!

snowgarden, you get rid of an alderwoman by sending her and her best buddy, gray, on an extended business trip together. once these two are gone away, the remainder of the board can form a quorum and vote to remove them from office permanently.
or
just keep re-electing her until she dies and then erect a statue of her in her ward.

i would even dip my thumb in ink to sign it, so that i would not be able to sign it again, without being exposed as someone trying to sign it more than once.

a few years ago, when mcdonalds vowed to cut the fat content of their food in half, this resulted in them making the sausage patty in a sausage biscuit half as thick as before. but the price remained the same.
no telling what else the fast food places are doing to cut quality so prices will not go up.
but, regardless of quality, a smile and a thank you will often make up much of the difference on both sides of the counter.

another benefit of goat grazing is that they will also eat much of what all of the trashy people throw out along the roadways.
and think of all the fertilizer that will be left instead, that will save the city even more money.

is that the one where those of us who have jobs, but can't afford our own health care, must pay even more taxes to support those who choose not to have a job, but gets health care for free??
On Do you support Obama’s proposals for a federal health care plan?
