thick1982......I agree with you 100%. Why can't people see we have enough hate in the real world now on computers too..It's sad people can't even voice opinions without pissing someone off...I think if a post has nothing to do with the story the ND should remove it. That would stop a lot of childish behaviour.

Well it does sound like a great idea, but noone hold your breath...What about all that land they bought in Natchez by the High School that was suppose to be a recreational development? I may be going blind cause I don't see nothing but grass! If we want something built for the community or for the kids to do, WE the citizens need to get together and do it then it will get done! I can bet you a Casino will be built or maybe a new Hotel?

asandbb22 .....I didn't say you were going to fight. If someone who don't know me says," Let's meet face to face " I'm going to get the impression they want to fight.
And also a Judge goes by the book. Just like Doctors do. I know Lillie Sanders from my ex-husband's court days and she was sometimes a SLAPPER as ya'll call her. But she only done what the books said. I don't think cops, judges, lawyers, or even Presidents go by how they feel it should be done. Everything in life has a BOOK you go by. Don't make sense but it's true. But that is just my opinion.

I think everybody should take a chill pill and get their facts straight before attacking each other!!!!!!!!!
Everyone is wanting to meet each other face to face, that is so childish. All of you need to grow up!!!!
I agree with " overthehill60 " what are you going to do if you meet face to face and its your neighbor or your boss. Now wouldn't that be a slap in the face?

My daughter and I ate there and the food was GREAT !! The servers were very friendly and not once did I run out of tea. I give it 2 Thumbs Up and plan on going again.

Well I work at a grocery store and I don't care what register I am on when a customers comes through the doors I look up and say Hi.
My manager gets madd because when the customer comes in my line I laugh and talk to them like I have known them for years.
I tell him that is how you keep them coming back to your store. If you are freindly that shows good service.
When they come in I ask them about trips, or their family they told me about and stuff like that and they look shocked that I even remember.
Now you go to Wall-Mart and they don't ask you how you are doing, did you find everything you need or nothing.
" c_8512" I know what you mean about the tips, I'm a cashier and alot of times the bag boys are busy so after I am finished ringing the customer up, I bag the groceries for them and they tip good. And alot of times no tip but a simple Thank You is alot. It shows me that I am doing a good job.
I think if a doctor ever told me that I would die if I worked in the public around people, I am going to call Lairds and pick out my coffin. LOL

I agree with USERNAME alcohol in the past month has killed more people in the miss-lou area. Not once did any of the reports say, " sombody was killed today in a wreck and his blood level showed a high amount of crack or some other illegal substance in their system ".
I think the law should crack down on all the drug pushers and the DUI'ers.
I'm glad they are getting these people off the streets but for how long? They'll make the bail low enough for them to get out and do it again.

obamayamama...I never said I worked at Dimples. Went to it a couple of times when I was younger and enjoyed listening to Easy Eddie & The Party Rockers. But it didn't take me long to figure out when you walk into the wrong door to find the manager and some cops in uniform snorting coke up their nose to find another place.
And as far as Dimples now, you have to be kiddin if I go into it now! To many fights there for this old girl. I like the comforts of my home now.
And as far as your beliefs who cares. So I guess if you look at your username I'll take it as the old saying when I was younger when kids would say something and we reply, Your Mama. lol
So I don't think there is nothing wrong with working in a bar..Not a choice I would do now, because I have a good job. But if it ever come to that point in life where I had to it sure wouldn't be in any bar in Natchez!!!!

obamayamama.. So firered worked at Dimples, BIG DEAL. I have worked at a many of bars so does that make me a bad person? And why in the heck would anyone want to even have a user name after someone who is a Muslim that was raised by an ATHIEST momma. To me HE is an insult to my country. Maybe you should let us have our own opinion of our beliefs and stay out of it!!!!!! You are a sick person and who are you to judge? Because let me tell you one thing when I die it sure wont be you standing at the Pearly Gates letting me in. So don't you know in the Bible it Says Don't cast the first stone and that is what you are doing to everybody on here. So take a look in the mirror and throw the stone at yourself!!

Well I was 16 when I married and he abused for 9 mths before I got out. I was to scared to leave because he told me he would kill me if I did. I hid it from my family and friends because I was scared they would confront him and make it worse.
It took a long time to get over my fear of men, but I did with the strength of my family. Now when I meet men I let them know up front I don't coward down NO MORE!!!!!
It puts a lot of stress and depression in ones mind but anyone can do it. If you feel like you can't escape from the abuse, that is when you need ask for help. Men that abuse women are to afraid to stand up to a man. They are weak and easy to escape.
So please anyone man or woman who are in an abusive relationship get out now!! All the oh baby I'm sorry, won't do it again or I was to drunk to know what I was doing it is a weak act and once an abuser always an abuser!!! So remember you are not the weak one the abuser is.
On Walking away sometimes takes time
