I don't trust Obama's judgement. Check this out:

Barack Obama and Raila Odinga
U.S. Sen. Barack Obama has continued to support Kenya's Raila Odinga, even after Odinga has been blamed for inciting tribal violence and slaughtering Christians, according to an explosive new book written by WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi.
In "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality," Corsi argues that Odinga's protests following his loss to U.S.-backed Mwai Kibaki in Kenya's 2007 presidential election led to a wave of tribal and religious violence aimed against Kibaki's majority Kikuyu tribe.
The violence Obama's ally was blamed for included the slaughter of some 50 Pentecostal Christians.
As WND reported earlier, during his first visit to Kenya as a U.S. Senator in 2006, Obama openly campaigned for Odinga, to the point where Kenyan government spokesman Alfred Mutua accused Obama of meddling inappropriately in Kenyan presidential politics. Mutua charged during a television news video that Obama had become a "stooge" to Odinga during the Kenyan presidential election campaign. Obama's father belonged to the same Luo tribe as Odinga.
In the disputed Dec. 27, 2007, presidential vote, Odinga charged he was denied winning the presidency by voter fraud.
After the election, Odinga pressed for a power-sharing arrangement in which he would be the prime minister in a government where Kibaki was president, with the two factions sharing a 50-50 power split in the cabinet.
Odinga's claim led to widespread fighting that killed more than 1,000 people in the weeks after the election, leaving more than 350,000 Kenyans displaced.
While proving involvement is difficult, many in Kenya assumed the post-election violence was supported, if not organized, behind the scenes by Odinga and his Orange Democratic Movement party.

Ex, please go see an opthomologist because your reading glasses are causing you to see things which aren't there. Nowhere did I mention liberals, "the liberal media" or anything that I might hate in life. Geeeszh! You call names, someone responds and you read something that wasn't written.
As far as the death penalty goes, I do believe in it because it is the law in most, if not all, states. The only problem that I have with it is that sentence should be carried out quickly instead of letting the convicted languish for 20 years in prison. We have the technology today to verify via testing, the guilt or innocence of all those convicted of a crime for which the death sentence is applied. The person on death row should have the ability to request testing of any evidence used against them. If the evidence shows they're guilty then proceed with the execution. If it shows they're innocent then release them. Just don't let these cases drag on for years. It is not fair to the family of the victims of the crimes or the criminals themselves.
No proof necessary...not trying to convince you....the truth will set you free!
ps I see that you capitalized God. You are probably Christian. Jesus said "render unto Cesar that which is Cesar's"...obey the laws of the government. When the law changes, so will my opinion.

What's wrong Ex and Nat? Can't handle the truth? The patriots who founded and fought for the freedom we have today would agree that we have reached a point in our history where we must decide if the freedom we have is still worth fighting and dying for. I guess the "shot heard 'round the world" was fired by a paranoid schizophrenic in Concord. Enough of your name calling. Everyone has the right to their opinion and yours is no better than the next persons. And as far as being rational is concerned, your ability to rationalize is suspect. I want the borders of the United States of America closed and secured and all illegals deported. They are called illegals for a reason. They have no rights under our constitution other than a free ride back to where they came from.
And one last thing...the strength of our military affords us the peace that we have in our country today. Take away our true patriots, those who serve, and the civilians would be left to the wolves dressed in coats and ties who would hand our country over to the rest of the world to change to a form of government that pleases Allah. Not for me, thank you.

Ghost, you have asked these same questions before and people have tried to answer you. Problem is, you don't want to hear the Truth. If you truly want answers, take the time to open YOUR mind to things other than what you currently believe, pray for understanding(if you can't pray, just ask) and diligently read the bible for, let's say, one month. You may be surprised what you find out. I am still praying for you because God does love us all. We are all his children and he only wants what is best for us....even when we don't know what is best...lol...cya
