I would hate to be a family member of the driver and see this picture. I personally think it's insensitive, but I guess that's what sells........

Destiny.......Just wondering exactly what you meant by your comment?
I'm sure the police are looking into all of the thefts. At least I would hope they are.

Alot of those kids play offense AND defense. Could they have been tired? That was a hard played game. Or perhaps since we lost 44-14, maybe the job wasn't getting done in the first place and replacements were needed.

The Freshmen I know that are playing came in to practice and worked their butts off to get those spots. Everyone was told that no spot was guaranteed, you had to earn it.....

By the way, this is my personal ( and I guess you could say neutral) opinion... especially since I don't have a child actually playing.

Callinitlikeitis, I watch very closely as my kids and their friends play catch, ride the rides, eat funnel cakes and enjoy the music, along with other families. Not everyone out there drinks.... Yes, there are alot that do, but also alot that go for the family fun.

Personally, my favorite event of the Fall is Cathedral's Fall Festival. Lots for the kids to do during the day on Saturday and Sunday, with a great Turkey dinner and bingo after Church on Sunday. (Yes, there is adult night on Saturday, too)

On Which local fall festival are you looking forward to the most this year?

I agree freedom42, I was trying to think of something to say without completely going off on "the moron", but I think the others said it well enough.......

From the standpoint of a mother, who had to explain to her son why his Dad was being deployed to Iraq in the wake of 9/11, that was a day that will forever be a day that our lives changed. I am glad George W. Bush was the military's Commander in Chief. No one could have handled it any better.

On How did 9/11 affect you?
