I cannot believe ADULTS would actually tear down kids who are actually working everyday to achieve goals. I went to every battle this year. Was it what I was used to with DBC?
( I used to help with the Santa Clara Vanguard ) No, but those kids work very hard and I support my son. I am just shocked at people who want to knock these kids down for what they are doing.

As a parent of one of those band students. I take GREAT offense to what you said "Justthefactsman" , MY son works very hard and practices all the time . Those kids practice till 6:30 every day THEN have to come home and do homework. My son take pride in being a part of the band. Mrs Lewis and her staff are always there, supporting thoser kids.I cannot believe that you would say something against kids who are actually TRYING to do something with their lives. .Are you a band booster? Do you help support these kids? Probably not. You are a piece of work. Unreal ::: shakes her head::::
