The reason roadblocks are not done on a regular basis is because the police and sheriff dept. use off duty officers and have to get grants to pay the overtime.

The more you bash law enforcement and punish officers for stopping thugs like this the more they get the idea they can run ,get away and committ more crimes. So all you bashers keep up the bashing and you will bring the officers down to your level.

because it's illegal unless you buy a permit from the city and they won't sell you one if they don't want you there

I don't think closing early will help the real problem the people that are going to drink and drive are going to do it anyway. I also beleve the Police and Sheriff Dept. did a great job of getting a car theif and convicted fellon off the streets of Natchez.

NtzMom55 it says mandatory but there are a lot of people in Adams Co. that will not leave there homes
