Stop opinionating and PRAY for the young man and his family. There is a possibility of mental illness causing bad behavior on this young man's part. I am sure he LOVES his mother and family....Jesus is the ANSWER

The mother probably knew exactly what was going on. These sorry, uneducated, drug addict, alcoholic parents sit around neglecting their children for miserable excuses for men. More than likely, the mom reported the incidents when she thought she would be going down for knowing, because a good mother checks her daughter and son genital areas and questions and listens to her children when the child is brave enough to try to inform her of incidents.It is likely that older family members knew too and probably kept it a secret because usually older family members help take care of the children of alcoholic or drug dependent parents with too many children. The CPS and courts should prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Children cannot defend themselves. Those sexual pedifiers will do it again.
