I watched the board meeting last night on channel 4 and it was obvious that Watts, Spankey and Lazarus had a "secret meeting" prior to the board meeting. Watts stated that he had a prepared statement and thanking the board for voting him in as president. Watts is a realtor, not an attorney. How does he know how long it takes for litigation processes? The board should have done their homework prior to the decisions that they made. Lazarus is starting off on the wrong foot. Keep listening to Spankey and Watts and he will not be getting my vote in the next 4 years.
