I admire Teli and Jerry for coming out with this story and I just wish and pray that there is someway, I can get through to my two grown sons that they are slowly killing themselves with a combination of drugs and drink. I have had to call the law on them because they get crazy when they are under the influence and with me having to work offshore two weeks at a time, I am afraid they are going to hurt their mother one of the times I am gone. As many times as they have had to be taken to the hospitals for overdoses and arrested for tearing stuff up, it looks like someone in authority here in Natchez would see what I see and have them committed somewhere for help. We need a place here in Natchez that is state funded so when a drug addict or someone with a mental problem is arrested or tries to overdose on drugs, they could be committed automatically from either the hospital or law enforecement. I just hope this comes about before I have to bury both my children, or someone else because of something stupid one of my children may do under the influence. Keep my wife and myself in your prayers that something will take place in order for this whole family to get some relief from drugs, as it not only affects the addicts, but also their family. Thank you.

Some of my most treasured memories are squirrel hunting with Preacher,Neil & Vick. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family and I only wish that I could be there.

This is something that is way over due to salvage the fishing in both old rivers. With all the logging that has gone on at both old rivers on the island sides, silting in is really beginning to be a problem. There is verry little cover for the fish when the levels get low. I can remember being able to fish in the willow trees on both old rivers, now you cannot find one in deep enough water to fish when the level gets down. Hopefully something can be done about this
