BRUCE WINS FRUITY JAR JUNE 27 ON BRL

The J.B. Enterprises Fruity Jar on BRL had 26 anglers but only 6 limits out of the 90-95 degree lower water. Winner "Team Go-Mart's" John Bruce of Vidalia had a fine 12.57 limit in the Horseshoe area on Brush Hogs while Ronnie "Team K & M Rods/Eddie's Marine" Gillespie of Ferriday hit the main lake with a Spook for a solid 11.66 limit for second. Ray Ladner of Vidalia took 3rd on Beavers as Gary Waller of Vidalia Brush Hogged his way to 4th with an 8.41 limit and Danny "Team Triton/Bryan's Marine" Smith of Monterey was 5th with an 8.12 limit on crankbaits.

Others weighing were Doug "Team Kistler/Outkast Tackle/Eddie' Marine" Schexnayder of Vidalia with a 6.76 limit on Baby Torpedoes, Tony Mitchell of Lafayette (3 for 6.62, 3.31 lunker), Alonzo Walker (3 for 6.07), Sam Morse (4 for 5.85), J. D. Weeks (3 for 5.80) and Chase Hebert (3 for 3.47).

Also fishing were Will Cowan, Alan Brumfield, Albert Crouch, Bo Strahan, Joe Houghton, Buddy Smith, Trae Ladner, Jerry Enis, Travis McElwee, Ben Moree, Tim Houghton, Mathis Waller, Boggy Long, Theodore Walker and Jerry Stubbs.
