Chris Turner stepped up to the wheel of an 18-wheeler at the Central Alternative School Job Fair, where one of Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s commercial truck driving students, Becky Kirby, explained the basics of driving on 18 wheels. Students were also treated to the ins and outs of cake decorating, military occupations, the health industry, auto mechanics and child care.
