Natchez Mayor-elect F.L. &uot;Hank&uot; Smith shares a laugh Tuesday night with his sister, Beth Sauve, as election returns come in. Smith, the Democratic nominee, won the election over independent Robert F. Costa with 82 percent of the vote. He and the rest of the new city administration take office July 1.
