Familiar Sight

A familiar part of one of Natchez’s most recognizable downtown buildings returned Wednesday. Above, Calvin Felcon of Wilmar Construction Co. motions to lower a concrete block used for pinnacle stabilization onto the roof of the St. Mary Basilica. The pinnacles were blown off during a severe storm that swept through downtown Natchez in February 1998.
