Sandra Peoples spins a yarn Saturday about a bear which was tricked into putting his tail into icy water until it froze. Peoples was one of four storytellers who delighted young and old alike at the 16th annual Eleventh Moon Storytelling at the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians.
