Danny Jackson of Natchez had his first-ever hole-in-one Tuesday at the par-3 13th hole from 170 yards with a 4-iron at the Duncan Park Golf Course.

Witnesses of the hole-in-one were Bill Purcell, Clayton Foster, Billy Floyd and Duncan Park Golf Pro Marvin Gray.

&uot;I hit the ball good,&uot; Jackson said. &uot;When it hit the green it landed about five feet from the hole and it rolled in. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my glasses on.&uot;

&uot;I turned around and one of them said it rolled in the hole and I said, ‘You’ve gotta be kidding me,’&uot; he said. &uot;It was pretty neat.&uot;
