Deputy Clerk, Marjorie Alexander, places absentee ballots in the proper precinct box at the Adams County Courthouse on Monday. She enters each absentee ballot into a computer, then categorizes them according to precinct and then runs a certified list which she wraps around the votes and places them into the precinct box.
