Clyde Allred of Vidalia feeds a kitten Sunday afternoon that he found at KCS Lumber Company in Natchez where he works as a night watchman. Allred said he had been watching the mother cat, and decided to rescue the 1-month-old kittens when a coworker told him the mother cat was no longer around. Allred said although he already had a few cats he hoped to keep the kittens for a little while longer.
