Natchez resident Pam Frank can’t help but show her patriotism

these days. Not only has she had the flag painted on her fingernails,

but Frank has also spearheaded an effort to purchase and hang

a 20-foot by 30-foot flag between the Mississippi River bridges

for everyone in the MIss-Lou to see.
