NATCHEZ-Services for Robert Earl Anderson, 63, of Natchez, who died Friday, May 27, 2005, at V.A. Hospital in Jackson, will be held today, at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.

Burial will be in the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of George F. West Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church today.

Mr. Anderson was born October 20, 1941 in Adams County the son of the late Edward and Virgin Anderson. He was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Julious Anderson, John Anderson and Charles Anderson.

He is survived by one sister, Dorothy Thompson of Natchez and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be his nephews, Vincent Thompson, Vincent Thompson Jr., Nicholas Thompson, Charles Thompson, Lamar Jordan, Lamar Jordan II and Stanley Clark.

Wanda Cabral

TYLERTOWN-Services for Mrs. Wanda Cabral, 66, will be held at 10 a.m. today from the chapel of Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home. The Reverend Dennis Walker will officiate. Mrs. Cabral, a resident of Jayess, died at the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in Mccomb on Tuesday, May 31, 2005.

She was born August 15, 1938 in Bolivar County, the daughter of the late Sidney and Crystal Vaught Woolfolk. She was a housewife.

Mrs. Cabral is survived by her husband, Scott Cabral of Jayess; four sons, Steven Cabral, David Cabral, and Ronnie Cabral all of Marrero, La., and Randy Cabral of McComb; one brother, Charles Wollfolk of Midland, Texas; one sister, Clarice Harrison of McComb; and five grandchildren.

Burial will be in the Tylertown Cemetery.

Vernon Terrell Smith &uot;Terry Huff&uot;

NATCHEZ-Memorial services for Vernon Terrell Smith &uot;Terry Huff&uot;, 57, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at King Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven, will be held 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2005, at McNeely Road Church of God with Bishop Robert Cade and the Rev. John Ernest, the Rev. Troy Thomas, the Rev. Doug Wright and Bishop Paul Hays officiating.

Visitation will be at the church Saturday from 2:30 p.m. until service time.

Terry was born March 18, 1948 in Rankin County. Terry was in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He worked for the Natchez City and the Port Gibson Police Departments. He established Omega Generation Ministries and was the Pastor of Bread of Life Christian Fellowship Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin F. and Dotty Stewart Huff.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Huff of Natchez; one daughter, Teri Michelle Franks and husband Robert of Natchez; two sons, John Thomas Smith and wife Kimberly of Gainsville, Ga., and James Paul Smith of Vidalia, La.; seven grandchildren; one brother, John Charles Huff and wife Beate of Richland; three sisters, Patricia Anne Cater and husband Howard of Natchez, Cissy Wisner and husband Jeffery of Natchez and Margaret Priscilla Smith of Gulf Shores, Ala.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Gideons International Natchez Camp P.O. Box 1561, Natchez, 39121.

Hazel Metcalf Floyd

VIDALIA, La.-Services for Hazel Metcalf Floyd, 79, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at Adams County Nursing Center in Natchez, will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2005, at Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church in Vidalia, La., with the Rev. Ronald Hall, the Rev. George Guy and the Rev. Pat Anders officiating.

Burial will be in the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church in Vidalia, La., until service time on Friday at 2 p.m.

Mrs. Floyd was born March 14, 1926, in St. Joseph, La., the daughter of the late Henry McNair Metcalf and Georgia Louella Beattie Metcalf. She was a long time member of the Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church in Vidalia, La.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Davis Floyd; her sister, Mary Lance and her brother, William Metcalf.

She is survived by her children, John Floyd and wife Lizona of Natchez, Travis Floyd and wife Connie of Vidalia, La., the Rev. Gary L. Floyd Sr. and wife Retha of Alexandria, La.; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elgia Waller of Natchez and Annie Hatcher of Mobile, Ala.; a brother, Bobby Metcalf of Waterproof, La.

Pallbearers will be the men of the Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church in Vidalia, La.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Rev. Donnye Cooper and Brother Bill Riley Jr.
