Services for Jerry Dalton Williamson, 58, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006, at his residence, will be 1 p.m. today at Trinity Episcopal Church with the Rev. Zabron A. Davis III officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. today at the church.
Mr. Williamson was born Sept. 29, 1948, the son of Marguerite and Dalton Williamson. He received a masters of economics at Louisiana State University and a juris doctorate from Tulane Law School. He was a member of many clubs, including the Pickwick Club of New Orleans, the Bienville Club, Society of Saint George, Moot Court, Sons of the American Revolution, Sigma Chi fraternity and Phi Eta Sigma honorary fraternity. He was a member of the vestry at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of New Orleans. He was a retired lawyer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Donald D. Williamson
Survivors include his wife, Anna Adams Williamson; daughters, Laura June Williamson and Leslie Dalton Williamson, both of New Orleans; brother, Stephen Randolph Williamson and his wife, Ana, both of Dallas; nephew, Stephen Williamson of Dallas; niece, Margaret Williamson of Dallas; stepchildren, Fleming Gore and Payton Gore, both of Natchez, Liza Gore McMahen and her husband, Drew, both of Asheville, N.C.; step-grandchildren, Jon Todd Mulvihill Jr. of Jackson, Sally Stout and Lalie Havard both of Natchez.
Pallbearers will be Lawrence Adams, Brandon Adams, Bill Watson, Bill Peale, Everette Ratcliffe and Tim McGivaren.
Honorary pallbearers are gentlemen of the Pickwick Club of New Orleans.
