The man charged with a year-and-a-half-old murder was served a grand jury indictment Friday, according to Adams County Sheriff’s Office records.
Larry Fredrick Jackson Jr., 34, 101 A Rushing St., was indicted on charges of murder, and Patsy Ruth Jackson, 52, was indicted on charges of accessory after the fact.
Bond was not set for Jackson Jr., and Patsy Jackson’s bond was set at $100,000.
Marshall “Mark” Brown was found murdered March 21, 2005, in his RV parked on U.S. 61 North in Adams County.
When Jackson Jr. was originally arrested in November, Adams County Sheriff Ronny Brown said the suspects knew Mark Brown, and that the case looked like a robbery gone wrong.
