Services for Leroy Turner, 56, of Vidalia, who died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mount Carmel Baptist Church with Pastor Troy Thomas officiating.

Burial will follow at Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Turner was born July 4, 1950, in Natchez, the son of Elmo and Malinda Robinson Turner.
He was a carpenter.

Mr. Turner was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include three sons, Koby Butler of Dallas, LeShawn Butler and Leroy Butler of Natchez; two daughters, Daigre Vaughn of Brimingham, Ala. and Gandy Butler of Dallas; one brother, Elmo Turner of Detroit, Mich.; three sisters, Lee Pearl Batieste of Natchez, Nynie Williams of Memphis, Tenn. and Sarah Mitchell of Dallas; and nine grandchildren.
