Services for Samuel Lee Brown, 50, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Walter Sago officiating.
Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Brown was born Jan. 11, 1957, in Adams County, the son of Charlie Campbell and Nellie Brown Campbell. He was formerly employed with Harvey Beach and Sons Logging Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandmother, Hattie Pearl; sisters, Edna Turner, Cathy Campbell and Betty Joe Brown; brothers, Ivory Joe Brown, Charlie Campbell, Ben Campbell and James Campbell; and nephews, Deon Brown and George Brown.

Survivors include a loving companion, Geraldine Woods of Natchez; daughters, Kesha Fleming and husband, Spanky, Gloria Leneé Lewis, Michelle Lewis and Jerrica Carter, all of Natchez; son, Samuel Brown Jr. of Natchez; sisters, Annie Hutton of Cleveland, Ida Haywood and Rosa Morgan of Mt. Bayou; brothers, Floyd Brown, Leroy Brown and wife, Bernadette, all of Natchez and Freddie Campbell of Mt. Bayou; special nieces, Doretha Brown of Natchez and Hattie “Tink” Skipper of Atlanta, Ga.; special grandchildren, Dondrell, Danielle and DeLana, all of Natchez; great-aunts, Pearl Randall, Alberta Davis and Marilyn Blackwell, all of Vidalia; great-uncle, Ernest King of Wichita Falls, Texas; and a number of other relatives and friends.
