Services for Sandy Champlin Deville, 45, of Jena, formerly of Jonesville, who died Sunday, Jan. 14, 2007, in Jena, will be 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church of Jonesville with the Rev. Marshall Douglas officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, in Natchez, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home, Jonesville.

Mrs. Deville was born April 9, 1961, in Natchez, the daughter of Thomas C. “Sonny” Champlin and Ruth Lea Champlin. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Jonesville.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas C. “Sonny” Champlin.

Survivors include her husband, Roger Deville of Jena; daughter, Sunni Johnson of Jonesville; mother, Ruth Lea Champlin of Jonesville; sisters, Vickie Brantley of Lake Village, Ark., Tammy Edwards and husband, Craig, of Jonesville and Fredia Vinson and husband, Billy, of Ferriday; brothers, Tommy Champlin and wife, Bonnie, and Benny Champlin and wife, Ann, all of Jonesville and Ronnie Champlin and wife, Judy, of Baton Rouge.
Pallbearers will be Tony Deville, Jay Boyd, Tom Hoard, Tommy Champlin, Benny Champlin and Ronnie Champlin.
Honorary pallbearer is Dusty Edwards.
