Services for Earnestine Jackson, 61, of Hattiesburg, who died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007, at Bedford Care Nursing Home, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Greenleaf Baptist Church with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home, Fayette.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Jackson was born July 22, 1945, in Jefferson County, the daughter of the Rev. Percy Jackson and Sinester Ephraim Jackson. She was a graduate of Jefferson County High School and also a former cafeteria employee at Jefferson County High School. She was a member of Greenleaf Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and Queen Ester Washington.
Survivors include her brothers, Elevert Lee Jackson and Percy Jackson Jr., both of Fayette and Jerry C. Jackson and wife, Earlie, of Hattiesburg; sisters, Shirley Rankin of Russum, Cealy Jackson and Rachel Epherson and husband, Willie L., all of Hattiesburg, Carry Smith of Detroit and Betty Smith and husband, Warren, of Los Angeles; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
