Howard Ezell

Services for Howard “Billy” Ezell, 63, of Vidalia, who died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007, at his residence, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church with the Rev. James Washington officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home, Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Ezell was born Jan. 9, 1944, in Vidalia, the son of Wilbert Henderson Sr. and Emma Lee Hall. He was a retired cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; and two brothers.
Survivors include his stepmother, Alberta Henderson of Ferriday; a daughter, Sharon Denmark; grandsons, Darius Denmark and Demeprius Denmark, both of Orlando, Fla.; sisters, Gloria Ezell, Bessie Chatman and husband, Lawrence, Patricia Fleming, all of Vidalia, Arlene Payne and husband, James, of Natchez, Glenda White of Tacoma, Wash., Carolyn Allen and husband, Willie, of Houston, Texas, Margie Thomas and husband, Jackie, Elizabeth Henderson, Melissa Henderson, all of Ferriday, Ruby Brown and husband, Melvin, of Killeen, Texas, and Missie Fisher and husband, Ricky, of Jonesville; brothers, Samuel White and wife, Madeline, of Vidalia, Glen White and wife, Sandra, of Tacoma, Wash., Carl White of Jacksonville, Fla., Erwin White of Natchez, Buster Henderson, Frank Henderson, Lloyd Henderson and John Henderson, all of Ferriday, Claude Henderson of Seattle and Ronald Henderson of Killeen, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
