Services for Virginia Flowers Jackson, 58, of Roxie, who died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2007, at River Region Hospital, will be 11 a.m. today at East Roxie Church of Christ.

Burial will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home, Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mrs. Jackson was born May 16, 1948, in Brookhaven, the daughter of Charlie and Alice Flowers.

She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, Harold Flowers Sr.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Jackson Sr.; son, Charles Jackson Jr. of Denver, Colo.; daughter, LaToyia Jackson of Denver; her mother, Alice Flowers of Brookhaven; four grandchildren, Geovonnie, Charity, Germanikka and Ghaniyia; brothers, Willie B. Flowers and Larry Flowers, both of Brookhaven and Frank Edward of Vallgo, Calif.; sisters, Claudette Johnson of Greenville and Arnette Walker of Brookhaven; and many loved ones and friends.
