Services for John David Stroud Sr., 74, who died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007, in Nacogdoches, will be Friday at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors Sunset Chapel.

Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park under the direction of Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors, Nacogdoches.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Stroud was born Oct. 12, 1932, in Union Church, the son of Martin Morrell Stroud and Mary Ellen Barnes Stroud.
