Graveside services for Ray Tillery, 54, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 1:30 p.m. today at Natchez City Cemetery with the Rev. Zabron A. Davis III officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until 1:15 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Tillery was born Feb. 7, 1953, in Natchez, the son of Robert Ray and Marie Louise Schleet Tillery. He was raised in Trinity Episcopal Church where he served as an acolyte. He was a member of the A.B.A.T.E. Motorcycle Club.

Survivors include his parents, Bob and Marie Tillery of Natchez; brother, Edwin Tillery and wife, Rose, of Vidalia; sister, Ayleen Penton and husband, Larry, of Natchez; daughter, Holly Elizabeth Tillery of Natchez; granddaughter, Shelby Elizabeth Audell Seals of Natchez; stepdaughter, Robin Todd Dunson of Natchez; and three step-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Bubba McClure, Robert Rasberry, Conrad Anderson, Calvin Kimbro, Mac Yerta and Joe Peoples.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mr. Tillery’s close friends.

Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
