Services for Mary Lou Davis Havard, 83, of Roxie, who died Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, were held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2007, at Spring Hill Baptist Church.

Burial followed at the church cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home, Meadville.

Mrs. Havard was born April 6, 1923, in Franklin County, the daughter of John Davis and Tabathia Matthews Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Havard; a son; three brothers; and a sister.

Survivors include her sons, J. C. Havard, Jessie Havard and Billy Havard, all of Roxie; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.
