Margaret Young Berry, formerly of Natchez and beloved teacher, died Nov. 5, 2006. A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2007, at the Walnut Grove Baptist Church.

She was born July 8, 1926, in Walnut Grove.

Survivors include her husband, Gordon Berry; and children, Cindy Starkenburg and Miles Berry; grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren, all of Washington state; brother, Leon Young; and numerous members of the Young family in Mississippi and Alabama.
