Services for Varetta Ann Beach, who died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at her residence in Deville, will be 11:30 a.m. Friday at Hixson Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Merritt officiating.

Burial will follow at Myrtle Cemetery, in Winnsboro, at 3:30 p.m.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Beach was a member of Natchez of Natchez Moose Lodge and a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her father, Grady L. Nichols Sr.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Beach; sons, Charles E. Martin Jr. of Deville and Willima A. Martin of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; daughters, Cynthia D. Johnese of Deville and Rachel A. Beach of Natchez; mother, Juanita Winborne Nichols of Aberdeen; brothers, Grady L. Nichols Jr. of Oceanside, Calif., Gregory L. Nichols of Tallulah and Gary L. Nichols of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; sisters, Marilyn S. Hallmark of Baton Rouge and Jessica R. Bowen of Aberdeen; grandchildren, Charles Anthony Martin, Steven Ray Martin, Joshua Alexander Martin, Lilly Ann Dominguez, Nancy Dominguez, Michelle Nicole Martin, Samantha Lynn Johnese, and Sara Leann Johnese; and great-grandson, Juan Cruz Jr.

Pallbearers will be Grady Nichols III, Luke Nichols, Ben Nichols, Nick Nichols, Seth Nichols, Glen Hallmark and Austin Bowen.
