Published 2:01 pm Saturday, March 31, 2007

At 6 p.m. Sunday, St. Mary Basilica CYO will enact the Stations of the Cross in the downtown area.

Following the Stations of the Cross is an ancient ritual that follows 14 stops for Jesus as he carries his cross to Calvary. Below is a list of the fourteen stops throughout the downtown area.

If you are unable to walk the entire route you are encouraged to wait at any station for the group to arrive or you may choose to walk a part of the route.

The Stations will end in Memorial Park behind the Basilica and you may want to meet us there for the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Stations.

For safety reasons, we ask everyone to remain on the sidewalks as you walk between stations.

Everyone is invited to join us.
