LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Services for Melvin Duncan, 73, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Ferriday, who died Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at his residence, will be 11 a.m. today at Palms Mortuary in Las Vegas.

Burial will follow in Las Vegas.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Duncan of Las Vegas; seven children; two sisters; brothers, Antonne Duncan Sr. of wife, Maxine, of Ferriday and one other brother; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and other relatives.
