A documentary on Natchez will be shown twice this week on Mississippi Public Broadcasting Network, said Peter Burns, who worked with one of the film’s producers during the Great Mississippi River Balloon Race.

Burns said the program will be aired at 7 p.m. today and again at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The show includes a salute to the 75th anniversary of Natchez Pilgrimage, fireworks over the river and the balloon festival, Burns said.

The public broadcasting television station is 7 for those with cable service.
